Jared Van Doorn is the Service Desk Manager at Orlando Health. He is responsible for managing 25 service desk analysts as well as the Identity and Access Management team for one of the largest healthcare systems in Florida. He has over 12 years of professional experience in IS support. In addition, he is the President of the Central Florida HDI chapter. He has earned both the HDI Support Center Manager and KCS Principles certificates, holds two ITIL Intermediate certifications, is a Certified Process Design Engineer, and an MBA.
