As part of our 2012 Customer Service Week celebration, we wanted to find out who the "Shining Stars" are in our company. It’s a really easy thing to do and you’ll be surprised with the results!
On Wednesday, we sent out the following email:
We also left blank Shining Star cards on the bulletin board in Relaxation Station (our cafeteria) for those who either do not have email or prefer to write these by hand. They were each ¼ of a letter-size piece of paper and they looked like this:
When we received emails, we did a mail merge and printed out Shining Star cards with the information provided. They were coming in fast and the bulletin board started to fill up quickly! Soon we had so many we needed to add more space and it ended up being a great display wall. We also listed the activities for the week on the bulletin board.
