For twelve years, HDI has celebrated and recognized the industry’s top Analyst of the Year. Each fall, support managers, customers, and personnel nominate outstanding support analysts who have the commitment and dedication to provide their customers with excellent service. HDI works jointly with its sixty local chapters to narrow the field down to a single extraordinary individual in each region. This year is no different. In addition to sitting for the final interviews that determine the winner, the six finalists will be invited to the Local Chapter Officers’ Meeting where they will be recognized for their achievement.
The 2012 HDI Analyst of the Year Award will be given during the first general session on Wednesday, April 25. In addition to receiving a complimentary registration to HDI 2013, the winner will be presented with an award, recognized on the HDI website, and featured in SupportWorld magazine.
